Originality
Length
Articles should be at least 750-1000 words in length, with a clear and concise writing style. We value well-organized and easy-to-read articles.
Formatting
- Articles should be formatted with headings, subheadings, and bullet points to make them easier to read and scan.
- Extra Keyword stuffing is not allowed.
- Please also include relevant images to enhance your content. You have the right to use Stock photos in your article.
- The Featured image picture size should be 1000px X 500px.

Links
Links are important for website ranking and SEO, so follow Google’s link scheme guidelines.
- All relevant sources must be cited, and avoid linking to untrustworthy sources. We may remove or add a Nofollow attribute to the link.
- At least one internal link to our blog post is required, and additional links are recommended.
- All relevant and trusted links are natural (follow) links on our site.
- You can add one link in the author bio for your website and social media links are also allowed.
- We reserve the right to remove any link without any notice.
- Once the content is published and indexed on Google, it cannot be removed from our website.
Editing
We reserve the right to edit and modify your content for clarity, style, and length. We will work with you to ensure that any significant changes are reviewed and approved by you prior to publication.
Author Bio or Profile
To become a contributor, you must be a real person and responsible for the content you provide. Create a profile that includes your real name, author bio, social media accounts, and headshot. If you sign up with Gravatar, your headshot will be automatically fetched from your account. Ensure that your headshot looks similar to the one shown in the above image.
Meta Titles & Description
In order to improve the search engine visibility of your article, it is important to include meta titles and descriptions. Therefore, we require all guest contributors to include meta titles and descriptions in their articles to ensure the best possible visibility for their content.
Submission
Please submit your article as a Google Doc or Microsoft Word document to info.wpguiders@gmail.com. We will review your submission and notify you of our decision within 2-3 business days.

Become A Contributor
To create your account and submit your guest post, follow these simple steps:
- Click on the "Register Now" button below.
- Add your username, email, and click "Register" to create your account.
- Check your email for a confirmation message containing your username and a link to set your password.
- Set your password using strong or medium password strength.
- Fill in your first and last name.
- Add your short author bio and use Gravatar to show your headshot.
- Add your social media profiles, such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
- Click on "Add New" from the post menu to submit your post for approval.
- We'll publish your post if it meets our editorial guidelines.
